Information on reviews

We only display verified ratings/reviews on our website from customers who have purchased the relevant products from us at www.klammeraffe-lesebrillen.de. In order to always get the honest opinion of our customers, we do not grant any benefits (e.g. discounts or vouchers) for reviews.

This is how we ensure that only genuine, verified buyers can leave a review:
When completing a purchase, our customers have the option of ticking a box (opt-in) if we may ask them for a product review by email after the purchase. This consent is stored together with the purchase data.

Only if we have received this consent and the corresponding purchase has been completed and paid for will these customers automatically receive an e-mail after 10 days with an individual link to an encrypted page on which customers can only rate the items they have purchased in this one order. Only those reviews that reach us in this secure way are published by us and are included in the overall product rating.

• Customers can only rate items that they have purchased themselves.
• The evaluation page can only be accessed with an individual valid key.
• Reviews that reach us by means other than those described above will not be published.
• We do not grant any benefits for submitted ratings.

In this way, we can always make sure that you only see real reviews from real customers on www.klammeraffe-lesebrillen.de.
